Training Facilitators
Edifai partners with organizations to accelerate their AI transformation through practical, high impact learning experiences. We design and deliver programs that help teams master AI tools, build confidence and change the way they work.
We work with a global network of AI specialists to help us design, build and deliver these programs. We’re now looking to expand this network, seeking kick-arse facilitators across Europe and the United States.
Who You Are
You're a great fit if you:
- Have a strong, active interest in AI and the current landscape of tools and applications
- Are curious about emerging capabilities and committed to deepening your knowledge over time
- Have significant experience facilitating in corporate environments
- Know how to engage a room, sustain attention and coach learners
- Thrive in environments where adaptability and presence matter as much as content expertise
- Bring a facilitation style that’s fun and impactful
You don't need deep technical expertise, but you should have a solid working knowledge of the tools and ecosystems organizations use today, typically across OpenAI, Microsoft, Google and Anthropic.
The Offer
This is a freelance, project-based role. Many of our facilitators combine Edifai work with other professional commitments, seeing this as a way to contribute to cutting edge education while continuing their broader careers. Engagements are agreed on a contract by contract basis, at competitive market rates.
We're running onboarding sessions in March and April 2026 to bring new facilitators up to speed on our programs, pedagogy and standards.
