    This is a six month program, delivered over three phases. It’s around 36 hours of learning in total, roughly six hours a month across live sessions and applied work.

  • Who is the AI Catalysts program designed for?

    Organizations that have invested in AI tools but are struggling to scale adoption, where usage has stalled, capability is trapped in a handful of enthusiasts, and leadership wants measurable ROI. Programs run with a minimum cohort of 30 champions, so the network has enough scale to sustain itself.

  • What is the difference between the AI Catalysts program and Edifai's other AI training programs?

    Our other programs train a single team over a few sessions. AI Catalysts is different: it's a six-month program that activates a cross-functional network of champions who go on to sustain AI adoption across the whole organization.

  • How long does a typical AI Catalyst workshop take?

    This varies phase to phase. A typical example would be Phase 1- Ignition: 1.5-day face-to-face, Phase 2 - Consolidation: a half-day virtual session, Phase 3 - Cadence: monthly two-hour virtual sessions from months three to six.
