AI Champions Training Program

 Capability, Organization-wide

AI transformation is 90% people. With a cohort of 30 people or more, this program activates your AI champions, pairing them with Edifai facilitators to build real change.

Over six months, we align the program to your strategy and OKRs, benchmark your starting capability using the 4A diagnostic, and track the movement as it happens. The capability you build here is what makes sustained AI adoption possible.

Melissa Molenda

Associate Director of Marketing
A Global Conservation Company
“In my 30-year career in marketing and public relations, a handful of training sessions have changed my life. This is one of them. By far one of the best, most interesting, useful and on-trend training I’ve ever participated in, and I started using the techniques immediately after the session ended.”
YOUR AI CHAMPION

What Makes a Strong AI Champion?

Magnifying glass on peach background

Hands-on competence, not just enthusiasm

A strong champion already uses AI in their own work. They bring genuine, hands-on experience, not just curiosity about the topic.

Embedded in their team

Champions work inside a live function, not off to the side. That's what lets new AI skills reach the people around them.

Ready to drive adoption, not just observe it

They're ready to lead AI adoption in their own area and guide colleagues through it, so the change holds across the wider business.

FAQs

  • How much does the AI Catalysts program cost?

Pricing is based on cohort size, delivery format, and the level of customization your organization needs. Book a call and we'll put together a tailored proposal.

  • How long does the AI Catalysts program take?

This is a six month program, delivered over three phases. It’s around 36 hours of learning in total, roughly six hours a month across live sessions and applied work.

  • Who is the AI Catalysts program designed for?

Organizations that have invested in AI tools but are struggling to scale adoption, where usage has stalled, capability is trapped in a handful of enthusiasts, and leadership wants measurable ROI. Programs run with a minimum cohort of 30 champions, so the network has enough scale to sustain itself.

  • What is the difference between the AI Catalysts program and Edifai's other AI training programs?

Our other programs train a single team over a few sessions. AI Catalysts is different: it's a six-month program that activates a cross-functional network of champions who go on to sustain AI adoption across the whole organization.

  • How long does a typical AI Catalyst workshop take?

This varies phase to phase. A typical example would be Phase 1- Ignition: 1.5-day face-to-face, Phase 2 - Consolidation: a half-day virtual session, Phase 3 - Cadence: monthly two-hour virtual sessions from months three to six.
