James is a Delivery Manager with over a decade of experience in education, edtech, and large-scale transformation projects. With 7 years at Hyper Island as Head of Project Management and later Commercial Director, James has led complex programmes in digital and business transformation, working closely with senior leadership teams to deliver measurable impact.

Specialising in large-scale project delivery, James has partnered with global clients including Google, TUI Travel, and Accenture, with a particular focus on senior leadership transformation. Alongside consultancy work, James has extensive experience in event operations, delivering major mass participation and cultural events such as Glastonbury, Silverstone, and The BRIT Awards.
