Maria Weicker, the VP Director of Learning and Development for Publicis Media, has been responsible for carrying out Leadership development for the US. This has included building and carrying out the Lion Leadership Program which has served approximately 20,000 participants over the last 7 years. Additionally, she has stewarded over 400 senior leaders through the PEAK Leadership Program, as well as co-designed and curated content for the Spring into Success annual career month, among other programs. Prior to her 13 years in the Leadership Development space, she worked for 10 years in Media Planning on clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Nadja Knels
Director Learning & Development, Publicis Groupe DACH

As Director Learning and Development for Publicis Groupe DACH, Nadja is part of the leadership team responsible for the L&D strategy and consultancy for Publicis Groupe Agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. With over a decade of experience across Publicis Groupe, Nadja specializes in talent development, training design, skill development and employee experiences, driving integrated learning cultures and aligning development initiatives with business goals. In her role Nadja is responsible for the Publicis DACH AI Upskilling Program called “rAIse” that connects external and internal AI enthusiast across all agencies. Before she moved into the L&D role Nadja worked for over 5 years as a Senior HR Business Partner at Publicis Media in DACH.
