Module 1: Mind the gap

This module provides an introduction to the fundamentals of generative AI, examining the organisation's current use of AI and identifying future goals. Participants will explore AI’s capabilities, opportunities, limitations, and where it can automate or augment tasks.

Module 2: Prompt Engineering 101

This module introduces participants to prompt engineering, teaching them how to craft effective prompts to interact with AI tools. Participants will develop their own prompts relevant to their roles, and explore a structured framework for advanced prompting techniques.

Develop a more sophisticated approach to crafting AI prompts.
Learn how to use a structured framework for prompt engineering.
Gain practical experience creating prompts for immediate application.

Module 3: Data Analysis

In this module, participants will learn how to use AI for data analysis, reducing the time spent on data processing and reporting. They will work with AI tools to visualise data and generate insights, including exporting findings into presentations.

Module 4: Planning Automations and AI Agents

This module focuses on identifying opportunities for automation within workflows. Participants will prototype automation flows and AI agents without the need for coding, exploring how AI can streamline processes within their teams.

Module 5: Emerging AI Tools

Participants will explore the latest AI tools and assess their potential impact on business operations. They will be encouraged to identify relevant tools and pitch innovative ideas for their application within their organisation.

Module 1: AI: Impact on Clients and Teams (20 minutes)

What’s included: This module introduces how AI is transforming the expectations clients have and the way teams work. Participants will explore the opportunities AI presents to create value, as well as the risks of falling behind. Through discussion and examples, the session builds a shared understanding of why AI matters now and what it means for client-facing roles.

  • Understand the opportunity and threat AI presents for service-based teams.
  • Build a shared understanding on where the team thinks AI can add value.

Module 2: AI Quick Wins (45 minutes)

What’s included: This hands-on module introduces simple, high-impact ways to use AI tools to enhance everyday client service. Participants will learn how to generate better prompts using the CREATE framework, and apply AI to tasks like meeting summaries, client research, email drafting, slide creation, and brainstorming. Through guided practice and breakout activities, teams will build confidence using AI to save time and deliver more value to clients.

  • Apply the CREATE framework to craft effective prompts for AI tools.
  • Use AI to streamline common client service tasks such as research, communication, and presentations.
  • Identify immediate opportunities to use AI in your day-to-day work.

Module 3 & 4: Optimizing a Client Workflow with AI & Pitching AI to Clients

What’s included: This module explores how AI can be embedded into more complex client workflows to drive efficiency and unlock deeper insights. Participants will walk through a multi-step case study involving data cleaning, analysis, insight generation, and presentation building - guided by expert-crafted prompts. Working in teams, they’ll learn to troubleshoot outputs, iterate effectively, and experience how AI can support higher-order tasks across the client lifecycle.

  • Understand how to apply AI across multi-step workflows using structured prompting.
  • Collaborate with AI to analyse data, extract insights, and generate client-ready outputs.

Module 4: Pitching AI to Clients (40 minutes)

What’s included: This module helps participants shift from using AI for execution to using it for strategic value creation. Participants will explore how to identify a client’s unmet needs through transcript analysis and the Jobs To Be Done framework, and use AI tools to surface opportunities that can strengthen pitches and proposals. Through a mix of discussion and hands-on exploration, teams will practice turning insights into pitch-ready ideas that align with what clients really want.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Use AI to analyse client conversations and uncover hidden needs and opportunities.
